Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms by making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to enhance guest comfort. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality. Follow hotel safety and sanitation protocols diligently to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning and industrial cleaning tasks when needed. Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient room turnover. Experience Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable. Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment will set you apart. Demonstrated ability to perform janitorial or housekeeping tasks with attention to detail. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances your ability to exceed guest expectations. Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
