Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeping professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable. Restock room amenities and supplies as needed to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to uphold health standards. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, with a focus on attention to detail and quality. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong custodial skills with an emphasis on maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience in housekeeping management can be beneficial for career advancement opportunities. Reliability for scheduled shift is a MUST Available for daylight hours ( 8-4, and 9-5) Weekend availability required Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
