Previous hotel front desk experience is required. As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, answer guest inquiries, and help ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining Quality brand standards. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally Process guest check-ins/check-outs accurately and efficiently Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly Process payments and balance cashier drawer Maintain knowledge of hotel room types, rates, amenities, and services Document guest concerns and maintenance issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby areas Follow hotel policies, procedures, and Quality brand standards Work cooperatively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams Assist with shift checklists and daily operational tasks Provide excellent customer service while resolving guest concerns calmly and professionally Requirements Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required Experience with Choice Advantage PMS preferred Previous cashiering/customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Fluent in English (verbal and written) High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions as needed Shift Availability Required Day Shift Evening Shift Overnight Shift Job Details Part-Time In-person position
