Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival Provide information about the hotel, room features, spa, dining, and amenities Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation requests efficiently Handle in-house guest needs such as reservation modifications, extensions, late check-outs, and rebooking's Make, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, or in person Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including billing, payments, and charges Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, helpful manner Maintain daily logs, checklists, and front desk reports Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, special packages, promotions, and local attractions

Qualifications:

Shift is primarily 3PM-11PM but must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with PEP preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A natural problem-solver with a service-first attitude Previous front desk, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
