Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and maintaining guest relations to enhance their overall experience at our hotel. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner, striving for resolution to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in front desk or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software; familiarity with hospitality management practices is desirable. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
