Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Keizer is looking to fill multiple positions: (6) Guest Service Associates (front desk), (2) Night Auditors (front desk), and (2) Breakfast Ambassadors . All positions will require an outgoing, energetic, and dependable personality who thrives in a flexible, team-oriented environment. The Front Desk positions will include a mix of morning shifts (7AM-3PM) , mid shifts (3PM - 11PM) and night audit shifts (11PM - 7AM) , with an expectation of 16-32 hours per week depending on coverage needs. The Breakfast Ambassador positions are primarily 5:30AM-12:30PM . Some weekend and holiday availability is preferred. Marriott experience is preferred. About the Role We're looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals who can work both collaboratively in a positive team environment and also be responsible to work independently while maintaining a professional and friendly presence for our guests. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working independently, especially during night audit shifts An excellent problem solver with strong communication skills Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays Enjoys working in a role where no two days are the same A team-oriented personality with a passion for hospitality Key Responsibilities for Front Desk/Night Audit Greet, check in, and check out hotel guests Answer phone calls and assist both internal and external inquiries Run nightly reports and send them to the appropriate team members Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues as they arise Communicate effectively with team members and management Understand and follow all hotel emergency procedures Maintain a positive, professional attitude as the first and last impression of the hotel Key Responsibilities for Breakfast Attendant Prepare and maintain breakfast items Maintain the kitchen space per health code requirements and brand standards Continuously replenish and clean during breakfast hours Greet guests at breakfast and offer friendly conversation Answer general questions to provide excellent customer service Maintain inventory of food and supplies and notify GM when orders need to be placed Clean and sanitize all space of the kitchen and breakfast room after breakfast service concludes Communicate effectively with team members and management Understand and follow all hotel emergency procedures This job description does not provide a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities associated with this job.
