Modern office setting Summary Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to be our next guest services manager. You will be in charge of overseeing all front office staff and operations to ensure that our guests have a wonderful stay at our property. Other responsibilities include hiring and training staff, resolving guest problems or complaints, and increasing the profitability of the hotel by improving occupancy rates through up-selling strategies. Our ideal candidate has two or more years in a team management role, preferably in hospitality. if you are ready to advance your career with an exciting leadership role! Duties Guest Service Manager are in charge of overseeing all the events, activities and operations of the front desk. They make all the necessary decisions needed in their assigned division and ensure all hotel rules and policies are implemented. Guest Service Manager monitor the tasks of personnel and workers, set goals and plans to promote and improve the service of their department; and are tasked to give schedules and assignment to each front desk agent. They handle guest complaints and compliments about their department; and make sure that events are well organized. Welcome guests and customers as they enter the hotel. Rotaing Shifts will be Day and Evening shifts during our busy check in times to assure that our guests are provided with outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist Scheduling and Training Leading and building our team in a positive direction Employee Relations and retention Address Guest concerns Supervise Front Desk employees. Assist Order supplies for the hotel . Plan and carry out promotional campaigns and events to increase sales.
