We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Process reservations and manage room assignments Provide support for special requests and accommodations

Skills and Qualifications:
