What You'll Be Doing Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, like a friend visiting your home Guide guests through their options with care, helping them find the perfect cake for their celebration Listen closely and offer thoughtful suggestions to create joyful, complete guest experiences Take phone and in-person orders with accuracy and kindness Keep the bakery tidy, clean, and beautiful throughout the day Support events and community outreach efforts with enthusiasm Be a positive, reliable teammate—ready to help wherever needed Who We're Looking For You might be a perfect fit if: You have a caring heart and love being there for people You find joy in meaningful, everyday interactions You're naturally friendly, positive, and respectful to everyone you meet You can multitask with grace and stay composed in a fast-paced setting You love working as part of a supportive, purpose-driven team You take pride in doing things well and paying attention to details You're someone others trust to follow through and show up Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is helpful—but not required.
