Job Summary:

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for assisting guests, handling check-in and check-out, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a polite manner Handle guest check-in and check-out Manage reservations and bookings Answer phone calls and respond to guest queries Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness Maintain guest records and billing details Ensure smooth front desk operations

Requirements:

Basic experience in hotel or customer service preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Ability to work in shifts

Pay:

$8.00 per hour
