Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience throughout their adventures. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about our services, local attractions, and amenities. Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information. Conduct day till closing as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with tour supervisors, guides and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling calls from guests. Assist in managing the guest center area to ensure it is organized and welcoming. Experience Previous experience in guest services is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus. Experience with front desk operations and processes is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest service excellence. Will train for specific skills as needed. Fareharbor and Quickbooks POS knowledge is a plus.
