Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Services Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared for from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly, solution-oriented approach Manage multi-line phone systems using professional phone etiquette to address reservations, questions, or concerns Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery Support night audit operations by reconciling accounts and preparing reports during overnight shifts Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk customer service within a resort or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Prior experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes a difference!
