The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility. The Guest Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations and presentation of the guest ranch experience while directly leading and supervising a team of six seasonal Guest Services staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading by example, and wants the opportunity to develop management and hospitality leadership skills in a meaningful setting. You will work closely with ranch leadership, kitchen staff, housekeeping, horticulture, and maintenance teams to ensure guests experience thoughtful hospitality at every level. You will also play a major role in onboarding, directing, motivating, scheduling, and mentoring the seasonal guest services team throughout the summer season.
