Gutter Co-Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gutter Co-Foreman to lead and coordinate gutter installation projects on construction sites. This dynamic role involves supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a solid understanding of various building techniques. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily gutter installation activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Lead and motivate crew members, assigning tasks effectively and providing clear instructions for each phase of the project Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to gutter systems and associated construction elements Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment to complete installation tasks efficiently Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials needed, track progress, and address any on-site issues promptly Ensure proper handling and installation of fixtures such as downspouts, brackets, flashing, and other gutter components using appropriate techniques like caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry as needed Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on roofing, siding, or gutter installation projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication processes Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, and safety protocols Skills in plumbing, electrical work (preferred but not required), and related trades such as masonry or plastering are advantageous Ability to read technical schematics related to gutter systems and associated building components Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination and safety enforcement Join our team as a Gutter Co-Foreman to lead impactful projects that enhance building integrity while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Up to $60,000.00 per year
