$70,000-$120,000 | Weekly Pay Hi — and thanks for checking us out. Northern Michigan Seamless Gutters is based in Roscommon, Michigan. We started in 1998, and we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, clean job sites, and treating customers the right way—every time. Now we're looking for a Gutter Estimator / Sales Representative who can meet with residential and commercial customers, look over their gutter needs, provide accurate estimates, and help them choose the right solution for their home or business. This role is a mix of customer service, estimating, sales, and field work. You'll be the person customers meet before the job is sold, so professionalism, honesty, and communication matter just as much as knowing how to measure and estimate. Gutter experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person if you have a strong work ethic, sales ability, and a willingness to learn.

The Job:

As a Gutter Estimator / Sales Representative, you'll work with residential and commercial customers and help with: Meet customers at their home or business for scheduled estimates Inspect existing gutter systems, downspouts, drainage issues, and related concerns Measure buildings accurately for gutter, downspout, repair, and guard estimates Explain our services, products, options, and recommendations clearly Prepare accurate estimates and communicate pricing professionally Follow up with customers by phone, email, or text Help customers move forward with approved work Take notes, photos, measurements, and job details for the office and installation crews Coordinate with the office and field team so jobs are scheduled correctly Represent Northern Michigan Seamless Gutters in a professional and trustworthy way Maintain clean, accurate records in our system Help ensure the customer has a great experience from estimate to completed job

Basic Requirements:

Be nice! I know, we shouldn't have to say that, but we mean it Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and by email/text Comfortable using a phone, tablet, computer, navigation apps, and basic software Accurate reading, writing, measuring, and basic math skills Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor Comfortable climbing ladders and walking around homes, buildings, and job sites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Consistent attendance and reliability Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States Sales, estimating, gutter, roofing, siding, construction, or exterior remodeling experience is a plus
