We're seeking an experienced and highlyanized Program Manager to manage and enhance our WM Field Talent Training Programs. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of training and development in Wealth Management. Key responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver leadership and recruiting workshops across all U.S. regions, both virtually and in person
  • Strengthen leadership talent pipelines through targeted development, assessment, and readiness initiatives
  • Evaluate and deliver high impact leadership programs focused on coaching,munication, and team effectiveness
  • Support delivery of programs for existing and new Financial Advisors
  • Contribute to the design and execution of a practice management program
  • Create business updates for senior leadership
  • Lead and strengthen the collective work across Field Leader, Financial Advisor and Field Support training and development Your team You'll be working within our Field Talent Development (FTD)anization and will be responsible for helping to design and execute both local and national Financial Advisor, Field Leader and Field Support development initiatives that strengthen a large-scale wealth managementanization.
This role partners across regions and businesses to build talent pipelines, enhance FA and manager effectiveness, and develop existing talent throughout the firm. Your expertise
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership development, business management, or wealth management strategy
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling development programs in a national or local environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Facilitation, executivemunication, and curriculum development
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, field-facing programs
