Gymnastics/Acro Teacher

Acro Teacher Position Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 We are looking for an experienced and energetic Acro Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 season. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both dance and gymnastics, and is confident teaching students from beginner through advanced levels. Responsibilities Teach weekly acro classes for a variety of ages and skill levels Safely instruct and spot students on acro skills and progressions Build strength, flexibility, balance, and technique in a positive learning environment Choreograph and clean recital/performance routines as needed Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff Maintain classroom structure, safety, and organization Collaborate with faculty and contribute to a supportive studio culture Qualifications Background in both dance and gymnastics required Previous acro teaching experience preferred Ability to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced acro technique Strong knowledge of conditioning, flexibility, and safe skill progression Positive, reliable, and professional attitude Experience working with children and teens Schedule Position runs from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027. Evening and/or weekend availability required based on class schedule. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping dancers grow both technically and confidently in a fun, encouraging environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
