Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and beauty trends, providing exceptional customer service, and creating unique looks for clients. Responsibilities
Perform hair consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
Provide hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
Recommend hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Uphold hygiene standards by sanitizing tools and equipment regularly Skills
Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
Knowledge of color theory and its application in hair coloring
Experience with kids is a plus
Familiarity with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
Ability to manage store operations efficiently if required
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
