As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise in various styling techniques, color theory, and product knowledge will help our clients achieve their desired looks. Responsibilities Following not mandatory but would be preferred Compensation will be based on experience and paid by commision Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas in accordance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, and salon services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license required Proficiency in color theory and various hair cutting/styling techniques. Experience with makeup application and eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the salon environment. Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products to clients. Will get commission for sales.
