Perform advanced techniques Offer professional advice on hair care products and services, effectively upselling when appropriate. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments using salon target software. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment to ensure a pleasant experience for clients. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Qualifications Valid Connecticut cosmetology license. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including barbering, and advanced coloring methods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
