to schedule appointments, manage client profiles, and process retail sales efficiently Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities to maximize client experience Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth daily operations Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair threading, coloring theory, straight razor shaves, and store management best practices Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in professional hair styling and grooming techniques Proficiency in salon software systems such as
