Support with eyebrow threading and waxing under supervision to enhance client satisfaction. Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing retail sales efficiently. Promote retail products by upselling hair care items, retail math skills, and offering personalized recommendations based on client needs. Assist in store management tasks including inventory checks for hair threading supplies, hair styling tools, and salon merchandise. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services offered and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Requirements Passion for the beauty industry with a strong interest in hair styling, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and advanced hair treatments like color correction or hair extensions. Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele. Previous experience or training in cosmetology or barbering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Ability to perform retail sales effectively through upselling techniques and retail math proficiency.
