Position Overview:

As a Hairstylist with us, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent in creating adorable and age-appropriate hairstyles for our clients. We are looking for individuals who not only have excellent hairstyling skills but also have a special touch when working with children.

Responsibilities:

Provide haircuts for children and on occasion, adults as well (we offer mom and dad cuts). Create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for young clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with both children and their parents. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for families.

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology or barber license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and a genuine love for working with kids. Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours. Ability to be on your feet and move around the salon.

Competitive above average guaranteed hourly rate PLUS tips (tips can average an additional $8 - $12+per hour) plus commission on products and retail sold.
