Hackensack, MN Hand Assembly Department 4 day work week: Monday

PM Starting Pay:

$19.00 an hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Working together as team to complete high volume production goals on a daily basis. Perform tasks that using power hand tools which includes cordless screw guns, pneumatic nailers. Chop saws and table saws

• Catching and stacking boards approximately.

Mobility within the facility, including but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, reaching up and/or out, and lifting for long periods of time. This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Perform QC inspections and record at defined intervals. Accurately prepare production reports and other assigned documentation. Assemble materials to produce the finished product. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus. Knowledge of basic math skills. Good safety habits. Accuracy and attention to detail. Job assignment flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and manage change. Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals and objectives. Ability to work regularly and dependably. Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment. Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers. Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.
