Handyman

We are seeking a skilled, reliable Handyman to maintain and repair interior and exterior structures. You will handle carpentry, light plumbing, minor electrical work, and painting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Must possess a complete set of personal tools for standard trade work. Proven experience in general maintenance or building trades. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders. Key Responsibilities Carpentry & Painting Construct, repair, and install interior structures including drywall, trim, and cabinetry. Repair exterior structures including decks, fences, siding, and fascia boards. Prep surfaces by sanding, scraping, and taping before applying paint or stains. Apply interior and exterior paint, primer, and sealants with professional finishes. Light Plumbing & Electrical Identify and repair minor leaks in pipes, faucets, and toilets. Replace or install sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and hardware. Replace faulty electrical outlets, light switches, and basic light fixtures. Troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing issues safely before escalating.
