Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify repair needs or safety hazards Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repairs Install fixtures, appliances, or equipment as required to enhance functionality or aesthetics Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property managers to resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Assist with remodeling projects or upgrades to improve property value and appearance Experience Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set in repairs and installations Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and develop effective solutions Strong physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various environments Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients or team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Certifications such as OSHA safety training or specialized trade licenses are a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Handyman and bring your energy and expertise to create safe, functional spaces that people love!
