Job Summary Radley Staffing is currently seeking experienced CPOs for ongoing rough carpentry on a construction project in the Boling area. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in active construction environments while maintaining productivity and professionalism on site. This position requires individuals who are experienced with rough carpentry duties, material handling, site cleanup, framing assistance, and general construction labor tasks. Candidates must have their own tools and be ready to work immediately. Responsibilities Perform rough carpentry duties including framing assistance, layout work, blocking, and installation support Assist with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, moving materials, unloading deliveries, and maintaining organized work areas Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow superintendent and site lead instructions while maintaining productivity throughout the shift Maintain compliance with all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction activities as needed Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic on site Requirements Previous construction, rough carpentry, or general labor experience required Must have your own basic carpentry tools Ability to work in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions Reliable transportation to and from jobsites Ability to lift heavy materials and remain on your feet for extended periods Familiarity with construction site safety practices and PPE requirements Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Long-term project opportunities Opportunity for advancement based on performance Consistent work with established construction clients throughout the Houston area Apply today and become part of a team that values hard work, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.
