The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working with basic hand and power tools in residential and commercial environments. Responsibilities Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Assemble and disassemble furniture and household items Assist with interior and exterior painting projects Lift, move, and transport heavy materials and furniture Prepare work areas by covering floors, moving furniture, and cleaning surfaces Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently Work independently or as part of a team Requirements Experience using basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, hammers, and saws Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the workday Comfortable with physical labor, standing, bending, and climbing ladders Basic painting experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to follow safety procedures and directions Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in painting, maintenance, moving, or construction Experience assembling furniture or fixtures Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance work Schedule & Compensation Full-time or part-time positions available Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company
