About the Role We're looking for a Handyman / Home Repair Technician who can work independently on a variety of residential projects. You'll handle small to mid-sized home repairs with professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly customer interaction. Responsibilities Complete repair and maintenance tasks such as: Drywall repair and finishing Painting and staining Door installation and hardware repair Minor home improvement or maintenance tasks Deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision Be courteous and respectful in customer homes Maintain professionalism and trust on every job What We're Looking For Solid experience in home repair, or strong ability to figure things out and do the job right Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Friendly with customers — polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to use basic hand and power tools (company tools provided — personal tools are a plus and compensated for) Perks Flexible schedule — we'll work around your availability Weekends off Local work only — no long drives or overnight stays Weekly pay Employment Type Independent Contractor (1099) How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed, or contact Josh Cook at High Plains Home Helpers for more details.
