Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Why This Role is Different This is not a typical handyman job. You'll be one of the first technicians in a brand-new, fast-growing operation backed by a proven national system.

Day-to-day includes:

Perform high-quality handyman work (drywall, trim, doors, fixtures, light remodels) Walk jobs with customers and help scope/estimate work Identify add-on opportunities (this is where bonuses come in) Occasionally manage subcontractors on larger jobs Deliver a "white-glove" customer experience on every visit Support recurring maintenance clients (membership program) Represent the Monty's brand professionally in the field What We're Looking For You're not just "good with tools"—you're someone customers trust.

You likely have:
