Handyman/Laborer

Duties Install and replace vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and composite siding systems on residential Assist with removal and disposal of existing siding, trim, soffit, and fascia materials Measure, cut, and fit siding materials accurately using hand tools and power tools Install exterior trim, soffit, fascia, flashing, house wrap, and weatherproofing materials Read blueprints, job specifications, and project layouts to complete work efficiently and accurately Operate ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other construction equipment safely on job sites Perform caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure weather resistance and clean appearance Conduct job site cleanup and maintain safe, organized work areas throughout projects Assist with exterior repairs, framing adjustments, and other remodeling tasks as needed Follow all company safety procedures and construction site regulations Skills Experience using hand tools and power tools for exterior construction and siding installation Knowledge of siding systems, trim work, soffit, fascia, and weather barrier installation Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and construction drawings accurately Familiarity with vinyl siding, fiber cement products, cedar shake, and exterior finishing techniques Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding in varying weather conditions Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and proper tool handling Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional exterior finishes Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team This role is perfect for hardworking individuals eager to build their skills in siding installation and exterior remodeling. Pay:
