Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Handyman/Laborer and be a vital part of our construction and renovation projects! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse tasks across residential, commercial repairs at our facility. You'll bring your hands-on skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Whether you're handling repairs, installations, or general labor, your contributions will help transform spaces and support our mission of quality craftsmanship. Duties Perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, roofing, and fencing. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively across various construction sites. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and hardware with precision. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications; perform restoration and cleanup as needed. Fabricate materials or components in the shop or on-site to meet project requirements; support remodeling and hardscape projects. Pickup and deliver campers, fifth wheel and bumper pull. Qualifications Must have chauffeur license or equivalent. Proven experience in construction or general labor roles with familiarity in construction site environments. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Experience with various trades including plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, masonry, tile laying, framing carpentry, drywall installation/repair, and flooring installation. Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques or trades as needed.
