HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE PRO

Overview We're on the lookout for a versatile and proactive Handyman/Maintenance Pro to keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that residential or commercial spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, from small repairs to complex systems, all while providing excellent service and support. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance across facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues with equipment or infrastructure. Conduct welding and other tasks as needed to repair equipment. Manage electrical systems, including reading wiring diagrams and using tools like ohmmeters to diagnose faults. Assist with residential painting projects to improve property appearance and protect surfaces. Collaborate with team members on larger projects, ensuring safety standards and quality are maintained throughout. Qualifications Reliable and hardworking individual who is comfortable with getting their hands dirty. No specific certifications required. Just real experience. Pay is based on experience.
