Job Overview Join our dynamic harbor team as a Harbor Dock Crew and Maintenance! This full-time, seasonal, paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop technical skills, and contribute to a thriving waterfront community. Duties General Marina Maintenance, to includes grounds maintenance Dock Repair & Board Replacement Boat Hull Prep & Painting Assist with Boat Launching and Upkeep Other duties as assigned Skills Working outdoors Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and support vessel operations. Basic understanding of safety regulations related to maritime environments. Hand tools, some power tools, lawncare equipment, painting tools. If you thrive in active settings and enjoy hands-on work that keeps the waterfront running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
