Job Description

Join a dedicated team focused on creating exceptional outdoor living spaces for clients. As a Hardscape Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced crew leaders and team members to install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor steps, and other landscape construction features. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor steps, drainage systems, edging, grading, and other landscape construction features Support excavation, base preparation, grading, and compaction tasks Carry, stage, and organize materials throughout each project Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Follow installation instructions provided by the Crew Leader Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Help protect customer property during construction Perform daily cleanup and organization at jobsites and the shop Adhere to all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Report unsafe conditions, damages, or equipment issues promptly Work respectfully and professionally with crew members and management Take direction from the Crew Leader and Production Manager Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn Support company culture focused on quality, growth, safety, education, integrity, and teamwork Participate in winter snow operations as needed Qualifications Landscape construction or hardscape experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Willingness to learn new skills and installation techniques Valid drivers license required Experience or willingness to learn to operate plate compactors, cut-off saws, concrete saws, skid steers, mini excavators, hand tools, layout tools, dump trailers, and trucks Schedule Expectations MondayFriday with seasonal overtime as needed Occasional Saturdays during peak season Winter snow operations required What Success Looks Like Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Safe and efficient jobsite performance Quality workmanship and attention to detail Positive teamwork and communication Growth in hardscape skills and responsibilities Pride in completed projects and customer satisfaction Offered compensation: $24/yr - $28/yr Experience and License Requirements CDL (optional) Hardscape installation (optional) Landscape construction (optional)
