What You'll Do:

Construction of hardscape, landscapes, drainage, sod, and lighting jobs for both residential and commercial clients. Direct a crew to bring jobs to completion within set time and budget parameters while maintaining accurate records. Work with crew members for continued growth & improvement. Routinely interact in a professional manner with clients throughout the course of a job by answering questions, responding to client requests, and providing a walk-through at the job's completion. Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily. Snow removal as needed.

Who You Are:

Verifiable experience & technical knowledge within landscape, hardscape, excavation, & drainage industries. Verifiable experience as a crew foreman/project manager completing projects start to finish in an efficient manner. Able to set & achieve realistic production goals within a time sensitive schedule. Knowledgeable in safe construction practices & equipment operation. Proficient with the process of installing hardscapes from start to finish. Able to operate equipment including, but is not limited to, mini excavators, bobcats, mini skid steers, & driving truck/trailer . Working knowledge of materials and tools used in concrete is a plus.

The Basics:

Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round. Assist with snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.
