In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the installation and construction of outdoor hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, and other masonry elements. Your energy and dedication will help bring outdoor spaces to life, creating functional and beautiful environments for clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hardscape while working on diverse projects that challenge your craftsmanship and teamwork. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including layout, grading, and excavation for hardscape projects Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to install pavers, stonework, concrete forms, and other masonry elements Pour concrete for foundations, driveways, and walkways with attention to quality and consistency Perform finishing tasks such as concrete smoothing and sealing joints Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols on-site Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or masonry preferred; familiarity with hardscape projects is a plus Experience in using hand tools (hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy equipment operation (skid steers, compactors) Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, paver laying, and restoration work is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and responsibilities, as well as an ability to work independently in a timely manner Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks Join Property Priority in creating stunning outdoor spaces!
