142 E Main St Tilton Job Description GTM Landscaping and Renovations is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Hardscape Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in property maintenance and hardscaping who takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscaping features (patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, etc.) Assist with landscape construction and renovation projects Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized worksite Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Previous experience in hardscapes (required) Valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in various weather conditions Team-oriented with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with paver installation and retaining wall systems Experience with grading and site prep Knowledge of irrigation systems Ability to work independently when needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Steady, consistent work Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional weekends as needed
