This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of food service, kitchen management, and team supervision within a vibrant, fine dining environment. As the Head , you will drive excellence in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive and motivating workplace culture. Your leadership will ensure seamless operations, innovative menu planning, and exceptional guest experiences that reflect our commitment to culinary artistry and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire department, including culinary teams, service staff, and support personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork. Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards across all service areas. Develop and implement innovative menu concepts aligned with current trends in fine dining and catering services. Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and procurement processes to optimize costs while maintaining quality. Supervise shift operations, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff to foster a motivated and skilled team. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes through rigorous training and monitoring of food handling practices. Coordinate catering events and special functions with attention to detail in setup, service flow, and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen workflows to maximize efficiency in food preparation, cooking processes, and service delivery. Skills Extensive banquet experience combined with strong supervising skills in fast-paced environments. Proven expertise in dietary department management along with comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Deep understanding of fine dining standards, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Skilled in food safety protocols, catering logistics, food handling procedures, and restaurant management practices. Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities including shift management, food service coordination, and culinary innovation. Strong background in the food industry with hands-on cooking experience complemented by excellent communication skills.
