Job Duties:

Oversee kitchen operations, managing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to company standards, managing, cleaning, and detailing the pizza station and equipment daily. Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings (meats and vegetables). Operate commercial ovens and other equipment to make pizzas and other menu items such as BBQ ribs, chicken, seafood, subs, sandwiches, salads, etc. Train kitchen staff and deliver high-quality meals to our customers.

Requirements:

NONE. 40hrs/week.
