Job Overview Seeking full time, Head Cook/Kitchen Manager Inventory & Weekly ordering management Days
- Monday
- Saturday Nights
- Friday
- Saturday Health Insurance Salaried pay (not hourly) Responsibilities Head manager of kitchen staff Lead daily food prep Manage inventory Place bi-weekly food and supply orders Head Cook Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Experience Candidates:
Must have several years of kitchen management, including leading a team of line cooks. Must be able to keep track of inventory and place weekly food and supply orders. Must have basic computer skills. Must be a good communicator and bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Must be a good role model to other kitchen staff. Must have leadership skills, be dependable, reliable, and be able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Must maintain all applicable food safety training certifications.Job Type:
