Manage seasonal specials Must be a team player and leader to co-workers

Experience Candidates:

Must have several years of kitchen management, including leading a team of line cooks. Must be able to keep track of inventory and place weekly food and supply orders. Must have basic computer skills. Must be a good communicator and bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Must be a good role model to other kitchen staff. Must have leadership skills, be dependable, reliable, and be able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Must maintain all applicable food safety training certifications.
