Head Custodian

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Head Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, overseeing and supervising custodial staff, and managing supplies and equipment. Duties

• Assign tasks and monitor performance
• Conduct floor care including buffing and waxing
• Handle waste disposal and recycling activities
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks
• Ensure all areas are kept secure and safe Skills
• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
• Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Familiarity with residential painting is a plus
