Stipend:

$7,834.73 The McKeesport Area School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach for the upcoming athletic season. Position Overview The Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the girls basketball program, including: Organizing and conducting practices and games Promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and student-athlete development Supervising assistant coaches and program operations Ensuring compliance with PIAA, WPIAL, and district policies Building positive relationships with student-athletes, families, staff, and the community Supporting academic success and character development of student-athletes Qualifications Preferred candidates should possess: Previous coaching experience, preferably at the secondary level Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and program development Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and administration Current required clearances and certifications in accordance with district and PIAA requirements Requirements Applicants must provide: Letter of interest Resume Current clearances Any applicable coaching certifications/licenses The McKeesport Area School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
