About the Role Masters Academy International is looking for a dynamic Head Golf Coach to lead the golf program by providing technical instruction, managing competitive play, and mentoring student-athletes. This role focuses on developing players' skills on the course while fostering a culture of sportsmanship and academic success. You will be responsible for overseeing training, managing tournaments, and building a supportive environment for our athletes. What You Will Do As the Head Golf Coach at Masters Academy International, you will spearhead the development of a premier golf program, focusing on technical mastery and holistic student-athlete growth. You will be responsible for designing rigorous training regimens, managing tournament logistics, and utilizing performance analytics to drive individual and team success. Beyond the green, you will serve as a mentor and recruiter, fostering a culture of academic integrity and sportsmanship while maintaining professional communication with the school community. Who You Are You are a high-energy leader dedicated to building a world-class golf program through holistic player development and personal accountability. You possess a deep mastery of swing mechanics and course strategy, coupled with the ability to leverage performance analytics to drive elite results. A skilled recruiter and communicator, you foster transparent relationships with families and stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and sportsmanship. With exceptional organizational expertise in managing logistics and budgets, you serve as a disciplined role model committed to elevating the student-athlete experience within a global educational community. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in sports management, education, coaching/sports administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a golf coach, preferably in a high-performance independent school or elite academy setting.
Expertise:
Demonstrated success in holistic student-athlete development, recruitment, performance analytics, and building relationships with families, administrators, and the broader community.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of golf coaching with a deep understanding of swing theory, mechanics, and course strategy; ability to engage with evolving coaching methodologies and industry trends to continuously elevate the program. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this role begins at $35,000 with eligibility for additional compensation, to include a performance-based compensation structure.
