Head Housekeeper

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, training staff, and maintaining a welcoming, well-kept environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public areas Inspect guest rooms and common spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns promptly Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and maintenance reporting Develop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Good communication and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a timely manner
