Immediately Job Description Head Junior High Football Coach The Aurora R-VIII School District is seeking a positive, energetic, and student-centered individual to serve as Head Junior High Football Coach. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the junior high football program. Teach football fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Develop student-athletes both on and off the field. Organize practices, supervise games, and maintain player safety. Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration. Ensure compliance with district policies and Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) guidelines. Support alignment with the overall Aurora Football Program. Qualifications Previous coaching experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
