Studios' content, production, technology and platform capabilities, converting strategic priorities into executed partnerships, revenue-generating deals and scalable business opportunities. This position is closely aligned with the organization's commercial functions, including Media (Media Sales and Business Development, Broadcasting and International Media)and Corporate Partnerships, to bringPGA TOUR
Studios capabilities to market in a coordinated and commercially disciplined way. The role focuses on deal execution, new revenue delivery and market activation, leading partner engagement and closing/supporting opportunities across content, programming, digital platforms and technology. The role supports the monetization ofPGA TOUR
technology and digital platforms by structuring partnerships, licensing opportunities and commercial applications aligned with defined strategic priorities, ensuring all opportunities are coordinated with enterprise commercial strategies and existing rights frameworks. The position plays a key role in expandingPGA TOUR
Studios capabilities and revenue beyond the PGA TOUR's core media and sponsorship businesses by bringing new opportunities to market and driving deal closure. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships or within sports, media or entertainment Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred Experience managing sales pipelines and developing outbound target lists Proven experience in selling white-labelled production services and sport technology products. Proven track record of originating and closing complex, multi-party deals Strong understanding of content development, production and distribution ecosystems Experience monetizing technology, digital platforms or intellectual property preferred Strong financial and commercial acumen, including deal structuring and negotiation Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners Established network across production and technology partners preferred Experience in sports or large-scale live event environments preferred Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of commercial deals across live, non-live and platform-based opportunities forPGA TOUR
Studios, in partnership with Media Business Development team Structure, negotiate and close partnerships aligned to enterprise priorities Own and deliver against revenue targets tied toPGA TOUR
Studios-led commercial opportunities Activate defined strategic priorities through targeted partner outreach, packaging and pitching Develop commercial frameworks and partnership models that translate creative, production and technology capabilities into sellable offerings Bring opportunities to market with speed, clarity and strong commercial positioning Work in close coordination with Media, Corporate Partnerships, Technology andPGA TOUR
Studios leadership to ensure aligned go-to-market execution Partner with production, content and operations teams to align deal structure with delivery capabilities Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional deal development across content, production and technology Build and manage relationships with key external partners across content, production and technology ecosystems Partner with Legal and Finance to structure deals, finalize contracts and align revenue models Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of near-term and mid-term revenue opportunities Prioritize opportunities based on commercial viability, speed to market and strategic alignment Track performance, conversion and deal flow to inform decision-making and resource allocation Support the commercialization of new business lines by operationalizing and monetizing opportunities once defined Support the commercialization of studio capabilities by developing service offerings, pricing models and partnership structures that drive utilization and revenue Support opportunities for third-party productions and external clients within studio and production environments Ensure all opportunities align with existing rights, partner agreements and enterprise commercial strategy Provide market feedback and partner insight to inform future opportunity development Help scale repeatable offerings into sustainable revenue streams Lead special projects, as requiredSimilar remote jobs
