Key Responsibilities

• As a head of housekeeping, you will lead, develop and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, public areas, and guest rooms.
• Ensure all spaces meet health, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and cost control for linens and cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience and smooth operations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Confident decision-maker with a focus on guest satisfaction.
