Located in Pineville, North Carolina, our sanctuary offers a one-of-a-kind environment focused on holistic wellness, intentional hospitality, and deeply restorative care. Our offerings extend far beyond traditional Head Spa services and include Korean Facials, clinical herbal foot soaks, full-body massage, body wraps and scrubs, multi-hand wellness experiences, Zero Gravity Pedicures, relaxation rituals, and luxury wellness experiences designed to care for the mind, body, and soul. We are currently seeking passionate, warm, and service-driven Head Spa Specialists to join our growing team. No prior Head Spa experience is required — we provide an immersive in-house training program inspired by authentic Japanese Head Spa techniques and elevated guest care standards. As a Head Spa Specialist, you will guide guests through personalized scalp wellness experiences utilizing scalp analysis technology, customized treatment protocols, luxury product application, and relaxation-focused techniques. You will also educate guests on scalp and hair health while recommending supportive home care products tailored to their needs. Weekend availability is required for this position. Responsibilities Perform luxury Japanese Head Spa services and scalp wellness treatments Conduct scalp consultations and scalp analysis imaging Customize treatments based on guest scalp and hair concerns Educate guests on scalp health and home care recommendations Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards Deliver elevated hospitality and guest experience throughout each visit Support spa flow, room reset, and team collaboration throughout shifts Qualifications Active North Carolina Cosmetology License required Excellent communication and guest care skills Passion for wellness, scalp health, and luxury service experiences Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
