What we offer:

$5,000 sign-on bonus payable in four installments ($1000 after completion of months 3, 6, 9 & $2000 after 1 year - external applicants only). Paid time off, personal day and holidays. Your role:

Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs. Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers. Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families. Coordinating the daily operations of the classroom while supervising the activities of 1 or more staff members.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood (Bachelor's Degree preferred). Experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families and supervising others preferred. Willing to work flexible hours to meet families' needs. Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis). Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.
